About these terms

These terms govern your use of yogalicious.life and any classes or experiences you book through it. The site is operated by Jacqui Meskell, Adare, Co. Limerick, Ireland. By using the site or booking a class you agree to these terms.

Class bookings

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received via the booking platform we link to (e.g. Luma or Stripe). Your booking is personal to you and may not be transferred without our consent.

Cancellations & refunds

Life happens — cancel up to 48 hours before class for a full refund. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, we'll do our best to move you to another date so you won't lose your spot.

If we have to cancel a class (for example due to illness, weather or low numbers), you'll receive a full refund or the option to move to another date.

Your health & participation

Yoga and the practices offered are physical activities. By booking you confirm that you are physically able to participate and that you have read and accept our Health Disclaimer.

You agree to follow reasonable instructions from the teacher and to let the teacher know about any injuries, conditions or pregnancy before class.

Use of the website

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content (text, images, videos, branding) is © Jacqui Meskell / Yogalicious.Life unless stated otherwise and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. For brand collaborations or partnerships email yogaliciousme@gmail.com.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Yogalicious.Life is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or attendance at classes, except in the case of personal injury caused by our proven negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
