Who we are

We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Newsletter signups: your email address and the date you signed up.
• Class bookings: if you book a class, the booking platform (e.g. Luma or Stripe) will collect your name, email and payment details directly — see their own privacy policies.
• Site analytics: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Anything you send us by email or contact form.

Why we use it

• To send you the newsletter you opted in to.
• To respond to your enquiries.
• To run and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records for paid bookings).

We rely on your consent (newsletter, analytics cookies), contract (when you book a class), and our legitimate interests (keeping the site secure) as our legal bases.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers who act on our instructions:

• Lovable Cloud / Supabase — website and database hosting (EU-region).
• Booking provider (e.g. Luma, Stripe) when you book a class.
• Email provider (e.g. Mailchimp) if/when used to send the newsletter — you'll always be told at signup.

How long we keep it

Newsletter signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Booking records are kept for as long as required by Irish tax law (typically 6 years).

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email us at yogaliciousme@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site work. Analytics cookies are only set if you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner. You can change your mind any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
