What to Expect

What exactly is YogaliciousCLUB?

A yoga-inspired class that weaves hatha yoga (standing and seated asanas), savasana and meditation together with cardio and toning — a full workout for mind, body and soul. Expect to sweat, tone, stretch and relax, all in one class. The tempo builds quickly at the start, and by the end you'll be fully blissed out. Low impact, high results.

Is it really a workout? Will I burn calories?

Yes — up to around 500 calories depending on how hard you push it. But calories aren't the point. The main goal is to feel amazing. Go at your own pace and the class meets you where you are.

Who is this class for?

Some baseline fitness is required. It's ideal for runners and gym-goers who are curious about adding yoga without skipping legs / arms / abs day, and for yogis who want to layer in sculpting and toning. It's also brilliant for men who play high-impact sports or lift heavy — the yoga poses support recovery and help prevent injury.

What's the music like? Is there meditation?

The whole class is set to music — deep house, hip hop, disco, pop and more. And yes, meditation is part of every class. You get the club energy and the deep rest.

Is there really an afterparty?

There is. Stay back to connect with the other attendees, build a little tribe and enjoy a refreshment on us — something sparkling or a juice. Community is half the magic.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear something comfy but supportive that you can move and sweat in. Layer up for meditation — socks and a sweater are a good idea. Bring your own yoga mat, water and a small towel. Advance booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
